He was also a recipient of the prestigious Meilleur Ouvrier de France and is considered to be one of the youngest yet most accomplished chefs worldwide. His restaurant Le Moulin de Mougins has served dishes to numerous celebrities and famous people including Dustin Hoffman, Audrey Hepburn and Elizabeth Taylor.
